Each of the 11 levels has a name, an age range and the skill your child leaves it with. The finder further down suggests where to start, from your child’s age and how they feel in the water.
You hold your baby, and the coach guides you both: floating, breath control and a first gentle dip under the water, with no hurry at all.
"First time in the water, with mom or dad"
"Underwater swims and first safety skills"
"Independent movement begins, with a parent close by"
The first lessons without a parent in the pool: front and back floats, kicking, and getting themselves to the wall.
